Absolutely, our Pod has a 10cm high steel-made base; it allows standing directly on a flat surface, whether is concrete/grass/sand surface. Meanwhile, we can also provide footing solutions for slope/uneven ground. For details, please contact us.

Yes, the appearance of our pods is fully enclosed welded steel shell, which is completely waterproof.

Not really, our pods have filled thermal insulation from the floor, wall and roof. You won’t feel very hot, even in a summer day. At the same time, Pods can be installed with air conditioning equipment. For details, please contact our customer service.

You can arrange your own freight to pick up products from our show ground. Otherwise we can arrange a crane truck to have it delivered to your place. Please note additional fees will be charged depending on the distance and the difficulty of lifting etc.

For a standardized pod, we require 50% deposit to be paid upfront. If it is a fully customised pod, we would need to charge the full amount. We accept Bank transfer, efpos. Meanwhile, we also team up with a finance company (TLC), they can facilitate your needs. Setting up a reasonable weekly pay plan etc. For details, please see our finance service page.

Our products are made of strong steel material, which is likely to be owned for a lifetime. And the product is so durable and does not require any additional maintenance, so it doesn’t come with a warranty. But if there is any issue, please contact us, we will be happy to assist.

As the pod is customized and handmade from our oversea factory, once ordered, we do not accept a change of mind return.

The pod is fully moveable (just like a shipping container), doesn’t need a fixing footing. So in most cases, you do not need to get a council approve/permit.

But if you have any concern, please contact your local council to confirm. As different councils may have different policies, we do not guarantee that it can be definitely used in your region.
